Yes, We require a high standard of integrity. Any persons that have been convicted of or pled
guilty to any felony or certain misdemeanor charges will not be approved as an agent. There is
a one-time fee of $30 (subject to change at platform discretion)
Unfortunately, there are no benefits such as medical, dental, vacation, etc. You will be an
independent contractor NOT an employee. Therefore, any coverages needed will be the
responsibility of the agent.
No, our agents are independent contractors and do not attend “training”, you are not paid during
what is called “certification”. You will be required to attend any and all certification courses.
Upon completion, you will start taking calls which you are paid for.
As an Independent Contractor, you are also responsible for any operating fees such as landline phone, internet service, and equipment required to service. There is a servicing fee of $49.99
will be deducted per pay for technical, tools/resources and servicing fees. This fee is LESS THAN any standard tax deduction you are responsible for
The pay rate can vary depending on the client you choose to work. Current agents are taking home incomes of $10.00-$15.00 per hour as a base rate. There is no limit to how much you can make. You select the number of hours you want, the more you work, the more you make.
No, taxes are not deducted from your bi-weekly pay. Because you are an independent
contractor, you will receive a 1099 form in place of a standard W-2 for tax purposes every year
At this time, we only contracts with CSPs within the United States, with the EXCEPTION of the following states: California, Connecticut, Colorado , Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington, and Wisconsin.
